SR Device is not connect to my home wifi router after i setup correct wifi profile into device?

For Example: I am using a Advance Google nest router and network point. Which broadcast in wifi 2.4G and wifi 5G.
There is no way to make it only 2.4G so SR device having hard time to connect to this Google wifi router for internet access to get it work.

Solution 1:
You can find a old or used 2.4 GHz WiFi Router and setup as extender with your advance Google wifi router and then let SR device connect to the old used 2.4G WiFi extender then it works now.

SR Device keep reboot itself every few seconds ?
SR Device is not remember my WiFi Profile Record and I have to setup everytime when i unplug device power ?
SR Device connect to my WiFi Router at home for sure but it is not report any data to Cloud site.
Solution 1:
Hold Flash Button for more than 25 Seconds to original setup setting.

Recently I change a new WiFi Router at home, i try hold 25 seconds but SR Device is not remove my old WiFi Profile ?
Solution 1:
You might have a old version SR Device Board. it need upgrade into new firmware.
